What We Grow

We grow a wide variety of vegetables and herbs, along with some hard-to-find specialty crops.  Since we’re always looking to innovate and add exciting new crops and varieties, this list is not fully comprehensive of everything we grow in a given year, but it captures most of it.

SPRING

Beets, carrots, broccoli, spinach, arugula, Swiss chard, kale, scallions, Sugar Snap peas, bok choi, mesclun salad mix, head lettuce, radishes, salad turnips, garlic scapes and culinary herbs

 

 

SUMMER

Slicing tomatoes (including many heirloom varieties), salad and cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, snap beans, potatoes (including gourmet types like blue potatoes), sweet peppers, chiles, eggplant, Swiss chard, head lettuce, carrots, beets, melons, garlic, onions, okra and culinary herbs

FALL

Broccoli, kale, collards, Swiss chard, cabbage, spinach, mesclun salad mix, head lettuce, bok choi and other asian mustard greens, napa cabbage, celery, celeriac, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, winter squash, potatoes, onions, garlic, turnips, rutabaga, fennel and culinary herbs

 

Fall is also when we harvest some of the most exquisite delicacies of the season, including baby ginger, lemongrass, and shiitake mushrooms, all grown right here on the farm!
